Tolosa
Tolosa // 2015
The City of Tolosa (Guipuzkoa) contacted Werckmeister to help in designing and executing a community mural process that would lead to a monumental intervention of 2 large walls in the Berazubi neighborhood of Tolosa.
Together with the neighborhood association the mural was designed to depict the history of the neighborhood as well as the importance that sports has for the city as a whole.
The mural uses 3 different techniques, acryllic paint painted directly on the wall, indirect painting with polytab fabric and ceramic and mirror mosaic.
